Deposit Terms & Conditions

By placing a deposit or completing a purchase with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Customers are advised to review all policies carefully prior to making any payment.

1. Deposit & Order Reservation
A deposit secures your order and reserves your bicycle build slot. Once a deposit has been received, your order will be processed and scheduled accordingly.

2. Build & Completion Timeframes
All bicycles are built to order. As such, no fixed or guaranteed completion timeframe is provided. Build times may vary depending on demand, component availability, and production factors. By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and accept that estimated timelines are subject to change.

3. Remaining Balance & Payments
The remaining balance for your order will be invoiced to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and up to date. Payment instructions and deadlines will be outlined within the invoice.

4. Non-Payment & Order Default
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in further action. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Cancellation of your order

  • Retention of your deposit

  • Potential legal action to recover outstanding amounts

  • Restriction or permanent ban of the associated name and/or address from placing future orders

5. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with a deposit or full purchase, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Claims of not having read the terms will not exempt customers from their obligations.

6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your deposit or purchase will apply to your order.
