Important eligibility requirement

You must be the original purchaser and first owner of the bike. We do not accept bikes from second-hand owners. The bike must have been bought through the manufacturer’s official brand store or an authorised brand retailer, and you must be able to provide matching receipts and/or a clear ownership paper trail. If we suspect the bike has been crashed, or if the receipts, serial number, ownership details or paper trail do not match or cannot be verified, we will terminate the submission and will not proceed with a valuation.
